Returns & Exchanges
At Jadore Couture, we want you to feel as exquisite as our designs; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all luxury tags still attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original Jadore Couture box and include the printed return slip provided in your confirmation email.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
